Payment

Full payment must be completed before goods are despatched. Payment can be made via Google Checkout or PayPal (note that PayPal now accepts credit or debit card payments without the need to create a PayPal account). If you wish to pay by either cheque, postal order or direct debit, please contact us at sales@scarylong.com.

Returns/Exchanges

If your item does not fit, we will happily exchange for a change of size. Simply send the item(s) to the returns address as per your packing slip. There is a charge for the exchange postage cost (as detailed on your packing slip) and this can be enclosed as a cheque payable to scarylong golf or made via PayPal to sales@scarylong.com.

The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs except in the case of faulty items.

Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) apply to all goods purchased at the scarylong golf website. Goods may be returned within 7 days following receipt of the item(s), provided that they are returned in the original packaging, in the same condition and notification of your intent to return has been made in writing (email to sales@scarylong.com is accepted). In line with DSR, personalised, customised or any other product where an adjustment has been made are excluded and cannot be returned. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

Picking Errors

We accept full responsibility for the wrong goods in the event of a picking error; please follow the returns process and we will correct at speed, including refund of your return postage costs.

Order Acceptance

Acceptance of your order (and the products within the order) and the completion of the contract between the customer and scarylong golf takes place when scarylong golf indicates, by email, that your order has been despatched. The acceptance will be considered complete and to have been effectively communicated to the customer, whether or not the email is received. On most occasions, payment may be taken before this point but acceptance of the order is not confirmed until the above proceedure is complete. In the event that we have to cancel your order, your payment will be refunded immediately.

Free Postage Offers

Any free postage offers apply to UK only via economy shipping services (such as Royal Mail 2nd Class Post). Orders placed claiming free postage but addressed to a location outside the UK will be notified by email of additional postage cost before dispatch.
